Once someone shows interest:
(1) Our system follows up right away — by text, email, and phone.
(2) We ask about their job, timeline, location, and rough budget.
(3) If they don’t respond, we keep following up until they do.
(4) If they’re serious, we get them scheduled or pass them to you with all the info.
We use a mix of automation and human oversight to make sure no good jobs slip through the cracks.

There are two ways to work with us:
(1) We book the appointments directly into your calendar
(2) Or we send you the lead and let you handle the follow-up
Most clients go with option 1 so they don’t have to chase people.

That depends on a few things:

– How big your service area is
Most contractors start with 3–5 estimate appointments a week.
Some want more.
We’ll match the pace to what your crew can handle.
